Job Purpose

  • To personally target and gain specific new business in the geographical area and to ensure the monthly targets are met.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • To cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities amongst the prospective clients, interior designers & architects
  • To maintain a comprehensive database of the leading constructors for the project as well as retail sector.
  • To travel to areas other than Delhi/NCR to expand the business and create awareness about the brand
  • To create a potential dealer network for channel selling and to maintain the network and the dealers.
  • Targeting and gaining new business and to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, within a wide geographical area
  • To develop relationship and generate leads for various offerings of the company
  • Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with the directors to refocus efforts if targets are not being met
  • To handle the clients from scratch till end & ensure the payment closures and after sales coordination
  • To submit routine progress reports and ensure data is accurate for real time reporting
  • To actively target and build prospect client relationships in various geographic area.
  • Develop and actively engage in client relationship building
  • Identifies and targets influential people inside the client, customer and third party organization and builds relationships with them
  • Must be involved in brand promotion activities
  • To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  • To maintain& update necessary data and records for future reference.
